How consignment works
You keep ownership until your card sells. We do the work in between.
Send your cards
Fill out one intake form per card ($200 or more), put raw cards in a penny sleeve and top loader, and ship them to us in a clamshell-type box with bubble wrap.
Quality check & authentication
Every card is inspected for condition, authenticity, alterations and correct identification before anything is listed. Every package's intake is recorded for quality assurance.
We list it
Clear photos, accurate titles, and pricing guided by recent sold data. Auction or Buy It Now, whichever fits the card.
It sells
We handle buyer questions and packing. Collectaverse pays outbound shipping. Every card goes through Authenticity Guarantee, so we ship it to the authenticator, who sends it on to the buyer.
You get paid
For every card sold, you receive your tier share of the sale price minus selling fees.
Packing your cards
- Ship in a clamshell-type box with bubble wrap.
- Raw cards: penny sleeve plus top loader.
- Slabs: ship as is, wrapped in bubble wrap.
- Group cards in team bags; please don't tape the cards themselves.
- Avoid bubble mailers. Cards can get bent or damaged in transit.
- Include a printout of your intake confirmation or a note with your name and email.
$200 minimum per card. We accept cards worth $200 or more, so every card $200 and up goes through Authenticity Guarantee.
Recorded intake: We record every package's intake (unboxing and inspection) for quality assurance.

Shipping address is emailed after you submit.
The consignor pays to ship cards in to Collectaverse. Collectaverse pays outbound shipping. Every card goes through Authenticity Guarantee, so we ship it to the authenticator, who sends it on to the buyer. We recommend tracking and insurance on valuable packages.
Inspection
Condition notes, ID verification, and checks for alterations or counterfeits. Anything that doesn't pass gets flagged to you before we list. We record every package's intake (unboxing and inspection) for quality assurance.
Listing
Clear photos and accurate titles. We choose auction or Buy It Now based on recent sold data for that card.
Payout
Once a sale clears, we deduct selling fees and pay your tier share, using the method and timing in your agreement.
